Melted “Hell” Music Video

In Fall of 2017 I approached my friends in the Long Beach based band Melted to create a music video to promote the release of their album that was to be released the following year. For this project I directed, filmed, edited, animated and financed the entire production. I also taught myself how to sew and fabricate the props shown in the film. The low budget helped to really push the idea of a DIY production. I wanted to do a play on a horror storry that used in camera cheesey effects to pay homage to vintage B movies. This was filmed between 2017 & 2018 and contains footage of the band performing in Lancaster, California, plus an assortment of short clips filmed around my home studio.
